People of all fitness levels can make huge strides in the class setting: however, we understand everyone has their relative strengths, weaknesses, and goals that could be addressed faster in a one-on-one or semi private setting. A good coach helps you build a habit that you’ll keep for life. After all, becoming a different person means doing things with which you may not be comfortable at first. In our semi-private training sessions, designed for 2-4 athletes, you’ll receive personalized programming tailored to your specific needs and goals in a fun and engaging small group setting. **Both 1-on-1 and Semi Private Memberships include: 1 FREE InBody per month ($37 value) ** On Ramp/Foundations is not required
