CrossFit Boro – CrossFit

Our first workout of the year! Grab your partner and let’s get rockin! This workout will involve keeping each other accountable. The person rowing will need to push to get done with the given meters, as the other partner does the kettlebell hold. Each drop should be marked down as 5 burpees. After you have finished the workout, you will do the burpees synchronized. Push hard and don’t skip any burpees! That’s the best part! 🙂

This will be followed by another workout. The only hint you get here is that it will be primarily core-based. You won’t be able to guess what it is, but I promise it will be fun and you will love it!!

A: Panic Breathing (Time)

For Time (with Partner)

500-400-300-200-100 meter row (x2)

Partner Kettlebell Front Rack Hold (53/35 lbs.)

5 partner burpee penalty for each drop of kettlebells

**Tally the burpees for the end of the workout. At the end, you and your partner will do them together, synchronized.

**Each partner will do the row portion. Ex. (partner 1 does 500 while partner 2 does KB hold, then partner 2 does 500 while partner 1 does KB hold)
