Hit this WOD before the kiddos wake up or before heading to your aunt’s house for Christmas Day lunch. If you’re pressed for time and can’t get in a full 10 rounds or aren’t quite sure how long it’ll take you, set the timer for 10-15 minutes and turn it into an AMRAP! Whatever you do, try to get your body moving, your metabolism up, and it won’t be as hard to get the gears turning again after the holiday is over.

Couch Stretch (on an ACTUAL couch!)
Straddle Pose (because it’s too awkward to do at the gym)
