It’s Community Day, y’all! Wrangle up your friends and drag them to the gym with you for a fun partner workout!
This one is “leapfrog style” which means Partner A starts the Sit-Ups while Partner B rests and gets ready on the Bike. As soon as Partner A is done with their 24 Sit-Ups, Partner B starts the calories on the Bike, while Partner A rests and prepares to do the KB Deadlifts. Partners continue in this pattern until the 24 minutes are up. Have fun and Welcome Visitors!!!
