Tonight, we are going to be working everything focus mitts! We’ll be covering verbal and non-verbal combinations and will be combining them both. Be sure to rest your arms and shoulders, you’re gonna need them!

– Front choke defense (Focus on the “fight” after)
– Wrist wraps
– Boxing gloves
