We are deloading our Bench Press today in preparation for establishing a 1-rep max next week. You’ll hit a set of 5 reps at 40, 50 and 60% of your 1RM. Easy peasy.
The AMRAP has three of the most CrossFit-ty movements EVER! Burpees, KB Swings, and Wallballs… Oh my!! Nothing you can’t handle, though. Let’s finish out the week STRONG!
A: Bench Press (3×5 @ 40, 50, 60%)
Rest 60-sec between sets
A: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP in 20 minutes
20 American KB Swings (53/35#)
20 Wallballs (20/14#, 10/9′)
