I know what you’re thinking… MORE C2B and DUBs??? Yep! The CrossFit Open is coming up in October and we want you guys putting your best effort forward so we are hoping to give you as many opportunities as we can to improve on these well-known Open movements.

We’ve also sprinkled in a heavy power snatch every 3 minutes within the 21-minute AMRAP. This one rep will allow you to focus all of your energy and concentration on hitting a solid rep each time you approach the bar.
