As promised, we are doing a 4-week Bench Press cycle along with working on our cleans and front squats. Today you’ll be repping out 5 sets of 5 reps at 70% of your 1RM. If you weren’t with us last Monday to establish a current max, you can work off your most recent or an estimation.

We are re-testing our 5k Row time! Last time we did this benchmark was in the first few days of moving into the new place (can you believe it’s already been two months working out in our AWESOME new facility?!) If you don’t have a previous score to beat, be sure to make it in today to establish one. This workout is fantastic at burning body fat and improving your endurance so don’t miss out!!
