The bridge is built and the concrete is poured. Finally… we can run! Come and enjoy our new running route. It’s sure to be better than a parking lot and busy (dangerous) intersection. When you get back in from the run, you have power cleans and front squats at a moderate weight. The cleans can be done in quick singles or small sets of 3-4 with short breaks in between. Shoot for unbroken on the front squats, even if it means taking a few moments after the cleans before you get the bar back to your shoulders. Here we goooooo!
