We have a fun partner workout today. You and your buddy can work together on this but the only rule is that you can’t both be working at the same time. So while one partner works, the other one rests (tough rule, huh?) We’ve chosen a few simple but effective movements that will give you a taste of the CrossFit pie. So, grab a partner and get yo sweat on!
