Today’s workout is pretty neat… You’re doing the same amount of reps across each part but you’re breaking them up into a different number of sets. Now, technically, you should be able to go faster on the third part if the lower number allows you to do unbroken sets. The only problem is you need to be fast in your transitions and also you will be tired from the first two parts! Which will be your fastest round? Don’t hold back and find out what you’ve got in the tank!
