A) 20-ft Shuttle Runs

B) Single-Leg Glute Bridges (4R/4L)

C) Walking Lunges

D) Side Plank Hip Drops (4R/4L)

E) Mountain Climbers
– Complete all 8 rounds of one station before moving to the next

– 1 Minute Rest between stations

– Score is total reps per station
