It’s Mondaaaay! That means a brand new week to crush! We are kicking things off with some bodyweight movements because most of our equipment has been moved over to our NEW AWESOME facility! We’re hoping to be operating there tomorrow or Wednesday. Either way, we’ve got your fitness covered. This workout is inspired by the hero WOD “Brenton” but we remixed it with running and burpees… You’re welcome! ;-P
