It’s Community Day! Welcome visitors!!!

We’ve combined a little bit of everything in today’s WOD to give our visitors a taste of all the domains we train in CrossFit. We’ve got some pulling, squatting, running and pushing. If it’s raining, the 200m run can be switched out with a 400m bike. Have fun!

A: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 20 minutes

4 Medball Cleans (20/14#)

Run 200m

4 Medball Cleans

16 Push-Ups
– Run counts as 2 reps

– You must attempt the run if greater than 1 minute remaining in AMRAP; If less than one minute, run 100m (If you complete this 100m run, you can count it as 1 rep)

-Visitors have the option to Bike 400m in place of the run.
