CrossFit Boro – CrossFit

Today’s workout will become a CrossFit Boro benchmark WOD, which means we will repeat it periodically to track your progress in these movements and in this time domain. This also means that you should give it your all (as if you don’t every day!) The run will be 5x 400m laps (two long and three short). The snatch weight should be moderate for you, but not so heavy that you have to do 1 at a time, even after the run. Scales for BMU will be 1) C2B then 2) T2B. If you can’t do either, do the one you are closer to being able to and type in what you do in the notes when you put your time in. There’s no time cap that means everyone is finishing! Let’s do this!!!
