CrossFit Boro – CrossFit
Today’s WOD is a triplet of some CrossFit staples: toes-to-bar, push jerks, and double unders. With a 15 minute cap and 10 rounds, you should be finishing each round in under 1:30 to finish within the established timeframe. Your efforts should be unbroken through the entire workout, especially the push jerks since re-starting a set will mean cleaning the bar from the floor to your shoulders. Be sure to pick a weight that will allow for you to do so (or remember to rest long enough to give an unbroken effort before picking up the bar). Enjoy!
