CrossFit Boro – CrossFit

If you did the Open in 2016, you likely remember a very similar variation of today’s workout consisting of lunges, burpees, and chest-to-bar pull-ups. We remixed it a bit to include those same weight front rack lunges and bar-facing burpees, but with a different gymnastics skill – Toes 2 Bar! With only 8 reps per round and a definite end-time (20 minutes), today would be a great day to work on these! If not, we’re scaling T2B with GHD sit-ups.
