Across the world, CrossFit affiliates are doing some variation of the workout we are doing today… The 12 Days of Christmas, CrossFit Boro-style! The workout is completed just like the song is sung. You’ll start with the first “day” (HSPU) then move to the second “day” (power cleans) then back to HSPU. Then you start at the third “day” (bar-facing burpees), then back to power cleans, then back to HSPU, so on and so forth. To give you some perspective, you are halfway through the workout after completing the round that starts on the 9th day!
