Today’s workout is a combination of our most fundamental bodyweight movements in CrossFit. Practicing these basic elements will improve our body control and will help us to master more complex movements. Each time it is your turn to perform a movement, focus on doing it consistently well before adding speed and intensity. If you are executing without error, try to move as quickly as possible until you’re at the threshold of improper form, then maintain that pace.
