**1st work station is the bike: males rotate after 15 cals, females rotate after 10 cals

***2nd work station is the 2 movements after the bike

****rotation order: bike to 2 movements after bike to rest

*****if bike is completed before 2 movements, then finish movements before moving to next bike (one person working at a time)
