For Time:
1-Mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1-Mile Run
If you have a 20# vest or body armor, wear it.
May to this individually or teams of two. If you choose to do teams of two you must complete in the designated order or if you do it individually you can break up everything however you decide but you must complete the mile run first and end with a mile run
