Teams of 2- one girl, one guy
4 rounds:
400m run
50 air squats
-Both athletes start at same time
-one starts running, the other starts squatting
-Both athletes have to complete 4 full rounds
-It’s a relay so your partner cannot advance to the next exercise until his/her partner finishes their exercise
