Jog 400

Mobility x 10 each:
-trunk twist
-golf swing
-straight leg swing front + side
-inchworm+5 each step foot to hand
-high knee tuck + lunge

“LIGHT Olympic Work” (No Measure)

25 mins to work on snatches and clean&jerks

1. do NOT go heavy
2. focus on technique and fluid movement
4. do NOT go heavy
