2 rounds:

-10 box jumps
-10 toes to bar
-10 push ups

“Thirsty Thursday round 2, MORE WATER” (AMRAP – Reps)

30 second stations with 30 seconds rest between sets:

30 secs of pull ups
30 secs rest
30 secs of DB thrusters
30 secs rest
30 secs of toes to bar
30 secs rest
30 secs of DB step ups
30 secs rest

then repeat cycle 3 more times

(4 cycles total)

***Choose your own weight for the DB thrusters and use it for the step ups as well

***WOD is scored by TOTAL accumulated reps throughout the ENTIRE work out (you will have 1 total score)
