Squat Clean (10 min to accumulate a heavy 1 rep squat clean )

“Wax on…Wax off” (Weight)

18 min EMOM:

-every even minute: 4 chest to bar pull ups.

-every odd minute: 3 squat cleans @ 60% of squat clean achieved in the previous 10 mins.
