“Max Handstand Push-Ups”

Result Type: AMRAP
Male Rx: 0 lbs
Female Rx: 0 lbs

“Partner Run/Row”

Partner 1 Row 500 then immediately Run 400. Upon return, Partner 2 starts the Row. Continue this until each athlete has completed 2 rounds.
If needed by space etc use 3-4 person teams and Row 250, Run 200.
